The Wall Amigo is a critical component of any strength-training regimen as it effectively eliminates the need for momentum in your sit-ups allowing you to focus on your core-strengthening goals. And, when you’re ready to add weight to your sit-up regimen, the Wall Amigo provides the support you need without impinging motion. 

Proudly made in the USA from 1/8” thick steel, the Wall Amigo measures 14.5” across the footplate and features (2) 3/8” diameter holes spaced approximately 1-7/8” apart on center. These holes are designed for mounting the Wall Amigo to a wood stud with the included 5/16” x 1-1/2” wood lag screws.
