Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in new, resellable condition.
Ship to EliteFTS
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
